If someone is removed from a popular room by the host and there are more than 69 people in it, they can't return unless they have "extras" which allows them access until there are 80 present.
That's incorrect. 'Extras' does not allow you to join a room if it exceeds 70. You can only join a room if it shows less than 70, however, if several people all apply to join at the same time and it shows less than 70, it will accept more up to a limit of 80, but having 'Extras' will not affect you access.
