Chat Room Access

Hi, I have been trying to get into chat, for last half hour, all i get is the message telling me, i have to wait 5mins, when i havent even managed to get in chat yet?, is anybody else having same problem, is it down to the servers again? or is it that i not woke up yet lol

Why not go to the chatroom forum, and read the plethora of information there.........
Info relating to the chatrooms is, strangely enough, posted in the chatroom forum - quite clever when you think about it really, isn't it? dunno

I mean, you don't go to the deli counter and ask why there's no fly spray in the household department, or do you :dunno: ?? rolleyes

i cant go in as well. i couldnt during the night and still cant do this morning. will wait 24 hours from last night on. hopefully it will work then. if anyone has another idea please mail on my profile

Yeah your right jon theres is load sof threads about chat problems, so going by the amount there is, you would think, they would be sorted somehow, instead of being brushed under the s/h carpet .

Try reading numpty! - there is a NEW chatroom being rolled out, and has been in public testing for the last fortnight! rolleyes

and if you'd bothered to READ any of those posts, you might have known that..................... and about the issues that have been effecting the ENTIRE site the last two days, not just chat :roll:

The problems getting into the chatroom are almost omnipresnt and annoy a lot of people who have paid for the service, especially as there is no real redress! Given this maybe there should be a big PROBLEMS GETTING INTO CHATROOMsection on the 'entering chatroom' page. Holding hands and being exasperated is best kept to oneself and not shared. It's bound to get jumped on. I enjoy the chatroom very much and appreciate the op's help they all do a good job and manu thanks for that. Mind you maybe they should have thier own little forumn to whinge on about us whingers biggrin

It aint the ops that cause the problems obviously and ithink it's understood that having a gold star may put them in the line of fire but come on you guys have got the goldstars by choice .
overall you op's are brilliant and deserve all credit so chill n hang out we love ya

I know exactly, whats been going on, as i use this site everyday, but that still does not excuse the fact that many users cannot use the site and chat due to different problems, and attitudes like yours doesnt help either, it was a simple quesition............which really didnt warrent your type of response.
