I constanly get this when i try to log into the chatrooms
You have been disconnected, the error has been logged to our technical team to investigate.
can someone help me out and explain why..?

Its because people are sitting in the admin rooms on chat 2, all 3 had 80 people in when I checked, as there's no 5 minute delay F5 will work until we can sort something out.

Not sure whether it's the same root cause, but I get this error regularly when I swap from server 2 to server 1 (for the first time in a session). The error appears and then I log onto 1 successfully, but sometime's I'm still stuck in the last room I was in on 2 as well.
Any ideas? Ta

Last night it was happening as all of the admin rooms were full, if this does happen to you, have a look at the admin rooms to see hpw many are in there, if they have all hit 80 then its the same and we need more scripting, last night one of them had 80 and the other two were almost empty, whereas on chat 2 all 3 rooms were maxed out on 80.
From memory there were around a 1000 in chat 1, 500 in chat 2 and less than a 100 people in chat 3.

Of those 80 users in the rooms how many are actually in there? It appears there can be a significant number of "tombstoned" users (e.g. they have disconnected/crashed etc) in a room. This would then affect new users trying to get in.
Is it anything to do with cams? I noticed the other day there were 6 different people watching my cam. I switched my cam off, waited for 30 seconds and then turned it back on - the same 6 immediately showed as watching my cam. I may have expected 1 to switch it on if I was chatting to that person but not 6.

It's usually when you turn your cam off and still have people apparently watching that you find out they've crashed at some point.
So maybe you just got lucky last night if they all switched back onto ya spidey

i keep getting logged out randomly every day.. tonight so far 7 times in the space of 2 hrs i get the error msg u have been disconected please help im pullin me hair out

I'm having exactly the same problem Betty. Server 1 seems to be the worst, and then the BBW room just freezes constantly, or I get the "You have been disconnected, …"
