a few days ago I joined this site and posted a message, I made a mistake and mentioned the name of the area, when I come back onto the board the following day there was a reply on the post from a couple calling me a prat, saying I had fucked up another location,
to cut it short I posted another reply they said I was offensive and the thread was locked .
Over the last few days I have read through some of the posts on here and it seems to me there is a really strong attitude problem among a lot of the people who use this site. OK I made a mistake why not point it out why get offensive and start name calling?
On one of the threads here someone has even posted a picture of a car they deem to be a problem there have been suggestions of posting car number plates on the internet to name and shame people, a lot of threads seem to contain sarcastic and childish comments, is there any need for this attitude?
How would any of you like it if someone posted photos of your car on here or your reg numbers?
I have been dogging both as a couple and as a single male for a number of years now
and came onto this baord out of interest, it seems to me that was a mistake and I dont think I'll bother coming posting on here again with the superior attitude a lot of the people on here have, gona look back here in a couple of days and see what the reaction is to this, no doubt Im going to have some more replys similar to the last

I haven't read the post to which you refer about you giving out locations and then being called a prat so can't comment on that.
However, if you have not bothered to read the posting guidlelines before making your post, and then you have named a specific location, I feel the mistake is entirely down to you.

Read the rules - that simply won't happen on this site. It is forbidden to name and shame.
People have been known to get vast amounts of problems at certain locations when they have been named on the net. These range from boy racers dashing around the car parks, to rapists, muggers and violent physical attacks and drug dealers to name but a few

I daresay you will get more replies of the nature you are expecting and go off on your way thinking we are all a bunch of unfriendly people, but actually we are anything but unfriendly.
We all look out for each other, warn other members of potential trouble spots and take a genuine interest in our fellow doggers/voyeurs.

What is the point of this particular post? Is it just a statement of fact according to Fred which requires no comment? Or is it here for comments to be given? I'll work on the principle that you require comment otherwise pretty pointless post really!
You say you made a mistake. True, you did and it was commented on. You took umbrage, was offensive, but you never apologised for the mistake, did you? It was locked as it would have just turned into a battle. not what we want on here.

Fred, your experience of the forum is very, very limited. You might have been dogging for years, but you've been here less than 2 weeks. You haven't met anyone from here or spoken to anyone other than in anger. If you don't take time to get to know people on here, you won't fit in. It's not a case of a clique, more a social group that you spend time getting to know. We say this often in here and I'll say it again. If you saw a group of people talking in a pub and you wanted to join them, you would find something you have in common with them and join in their conversation. Anyone who walked up to that group and said they all had an attitude problem wouldn't get very far, would they?
Think about it. If you want to stay, stay. If you want to leave, just go. Nobody is forcing you to do either. But if you stay, respect our rules and our members.

This picture has been shown on hundreds of sites on the net and has featured in magazines such as Nuts, Zoo, Loaded, FHM, Max Power etc etc etc. It's NOT a doggers car and was posted, I firmly believe, as a joke of the boy racers you find at dogging sites.

We as a couple have always been of the opinion that posting locations was not a sensible thing to do and for the reasons that most people know about.
