oh Jackie..for fear of saying I'm hijacking...but have to comment...GREAT ARSE. !!!!
Sorry back to topic now .........
Hi Jackie & Ben
"fairly negative postings"
Wel, l posted a reply on The Cafe and was deleted by an un-named Mod in ridiculous cirumstances...only because I am considered a newbie..read the posts! Nothing negative in my post. No response from the offending Mod but 2 posts by sympathetic Mods.
My stance on the Dogging Forum and conveyed in my posts in reply to Jomu is that if it is now an illegal activity..Dogging not Swinging in carparks..then the Dogging Forum should close.
You may choose to frequent carparks and be available to couples and single guys but you are not Doggers and should post in Lets Meet Up. Hope this doesnt offend you.
I joined this site after watching for quite a while knowing that newbies often have difficulty integrating at first..I didn't expect such a hostile attack on my first innocuous post but I shall persevere despite personal attacks by established members!!! Not you of course.
Hi Funnyenough
Dogging and sex in car parks has always been illeagal under various public order and indecency laws, so its not new, just a new set of laws. The new laws were not actually set up to stop dogging, they are just being waved around by the police who are under increasing pressure from the w***kers from the tabloid rags.
Good luck and spend some time settling in.
Love
Jackie and Ben

Voyeurism
(1) A person commits an offence if-
(a) for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, he observes another person doing a private act, and
(b) he knows that the other person does not consent to being observed for his sexual gratification.
68 Voyeurism: interpretation
(1) For the purposes of section 67, a person is doing a private act if the person is in a place which, in the circumstances, would reasonably be expected to provide privacy, and-
(a) the person's genitals, buttocks or breasts are exposed or covered only with underwear,
(b) the person is using a lavatory, or
(c) the person is doing a sexual act that is not of a kind ordinarily done in public.
That takes care of the sexoffact2003.
Note: Sexual gratification.
Prove:Sexual gratification
Lets see, does a car park fall under 68(1)
Hmmm...difficult question.
Fortunately, my legal advisor considers it unlikely to so fall.
And in any case, the car park in question is one regularly visited by the minions of law enforcement AND by RAF police, with dogs ....it being only a few hundred metres from an intelligence establishment....I would reasonably expect not to be disturbed by dick-hanging prats at 2330z ....
In which case:
Exposure
(1) A person commits an offence if-
(a) he intentionally exposes his genitals, and
(b) he intends that someone will see them and be caused alarm or distress.
(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable-
(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or both;
(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
Now, there I was peacefully listening to radio 1 at a car park when in drive 3 cars and I was alarmed and distressed to see several males displaying their genitalia with reckless abandonment....
But, rather more interestingly, there were also two foxes looking....
Not to mention the wildlife party further in the wood...this lot must have wondered who was in the THREE other cars but just didn't care.
Several males having sex with other parties is still gross indecency....if done in public.
I think in your stay in here you may like to dwell less on others morality, and more on why a person with your obvious morally upright stance is here anyway....as I am sure others are doing even as I type.
You're on a website dedicated to sexual extravagance and mild sexual depravity and you've adopted a moral stance at odds with the prevailing mood.
Weird.
Not been nicked, I get on ok with the law...hardly a problem as yet.
And I have 24 hour, 7 day a week legal advice available to me.......free.
As I said, you just don't belong here.
Get back to the news office...
• verb /pontiffikayt/ 1 express one’s opinions in a pompous and dogmatic way. 2 (in the Roman Catholic Church) officiate as bishop, especially at Mass.
I prefer the oxford english version

Jags......I am not a twat obscene terms for female genitals
a man who is a stupid fool ] nor am I taking the high moral ground.
If you read my posts correctly you will see that I advocate closing the Doggers Forum as it is used by the Press, Police and other undesireables to locate active sites.
You will also note that I do not believe that couples arranging meets in car parks are Doggers..they are Swingers and are best catered for in Lets Meet Up.
As for taking the high moral ground I have admitted to joining the queue at Shirley Hills in 1975 as a frsh young newbie up for a free shag..tongue in cheek I asked Heather if it was her in the Mini!!
Not to labour the point an established poster is allowed to call me a "prissy bag of shit" and get away with it despite breaching AUP. I would ask you to please remove the offending post.
I am not here to get my kicks winding you up but would appreciate a fair crack of the whip......................................................................did I say that!!
In my humble opinion.
Illegal or not, at the end of the day, who cares? (aside from the police of course), if you are not harming anyone, then what is the problem?
This is why we go to "discreet" places if possible - so that we don't offend anyone who does not choose to be there. My wife and I have been approached by the police twice and to be honest, it scared the shit out of us, but people have been having sex in cars for years now and has never been a problem. It is just because it has become popular to arrange meets that people are seeing it as perverse.
We tend to avoid dogging spots now, and have been messed about so many times now by supposed "genuine" people, that we just tend to stick to swingers clubs now. The last time we went to a popular spot in stockport, it was busy, we tried to have a little fun, and then I looked up to see about 20-30 guys all on their way over.... we freaked and left, and have never been back since.
Personally, I think that the problem is that so many people are out just for the cheap thrill of catching someone at it, and not really properly into the scene. As normal, the majority spoil it for the minority.
I think the bad-mouthing in this post is just getting out of hand... at the end of the day, if you don't agree with the forum, or website or whatever.... don't read it. The whole point of the website is for people to share an interest, so just let us do that.
As for any press reading this... if you are so desperate for a story that you need to trawl through websites to try and catch one - then just get a life or a new job.
hope I have not caused offense in my opinions - am just interested in having fun and that is why I visit this site, just felt like I wanted to add my two pennies worth (or maybe quids worth by the time I've finished)
thanks
J.
I don't like mentioning places on here now, only in PMs.
