We too have heard that the rest areas can get pretty lively especially on the 'Route Soleil' this time of year , but all we managed was a very nice shag outside a wine warehouse at Calais last time we went (although the security cameras were fun) .
Im sure though that you could make some relevant contacts through a favourite web-site of ours , it has many many pictures of French exhibitionist and dogging couples all of them have email adresses so you just have to wade through lots of rude pictures (what a chore) until you find some of the car park ones , and there are lots, then mail them and ask about it . Im sure they will all be glad to help , assuming since you live there you can speak French :-)

Weve visited a few service stations on our many trips back an forth and have never been lucky enough to encounter any action.
