This weekend I shall be making birthday cake, but not eating it :/
My preference is for gluten free carrot cake as we have a pretty nasty wheat intolerance in our household, im getting quite good at gluten free baking, and mr herts i do a mean lemon drizzle :rascal:

You need to discover the pleasures. Nothing quite like that indulgence at 2 in the morning on a whim. Something simply disgustingly perfect about hot chocolate cake and ice cream arriving on your doorstep
