Funlovers RIP

To anyone who frequented the chatrooms especially the Pool Room over the last 12 years and will always Remember Funlovers -aka Fun n Susie.  It is with deep regret that he has passed away from Covid, always a stalwart of the chat rooms with his banter and laughs

Absolutely heartbroken to hear the news of this wonderful mans passing. 

Jon and I were blessed to have shared many a night online in hysterics with this gentle giant whose wit and one liners left everyone standing.

We also knew him as a friend at the social parties and his larger than life personality will live on in his memory.

A true SH legend💔

I was lucky to say I counted this guy as one of my friends in chat and when opportunities arose to meet at social events.

From the first time you and susie surprised me for my birthday by turning up at my door to take me out( your filled the door way much to my amusement) to the last chat we had only a few weeks ago when you told me about the shocking news about Debs you have always been a pillar of strength, a shoulder to cry on.. not that I could reach 😀. You made me laugh , you made me cry , you told me off on numerous occasions but you always told me it was for my own good. You both welcomed me into your lives and treated as one of the family, even a few weeks ago you made me a cuppa as I popped in on my way home. Gonna miss you big man… until we meet again. Very sad news, spent many an hour chatting with Dave and taking the piss out of all and sundry, Amanda who will be sorely missed by us all, my condolences go out to Susie. Wherever you end up, be it above or below, hold onto your hats coz Funs has arrived ! Fair winds.

Been off-site for a little while, read this post with sadness.

An out and out genuine guy, the further down a bottle of JD he got the more disorderley and boisterous he became, he was just so much good fun and then some.

Dave, one of the best, Susie if you ever read these posts I hope you take comfort from the comments within this thread, he was a top bloke and Swingingheavens chatrooms will be a little darker without him.
