Actually it was my opinion, and i did say at the time i was assuming.
Cottaging and dogging are both considered acts of indecency by law. And i dont think anyone suggested you either approved or disapproved of either. To my mind they are exactly the same, morally and legally. And as such i have a varying opinion on them, during the day, very dodgy indeed. Too much chance of innocent parties witnessing what they dont want to and absolutely shouldn't have to witness. I totally agree with you there. You should be able to use the toilet without fear of seeing that.
Late at night different story altogether. You dont have people playing in the park needing a quick wee at 1am, nor do you have ramblers stopping for a picnic at that time so the actual offence of offending someone is much less likely.
Well freed after four weeks of an eight week sentence.
What a joke really.
Crashing his car whilst under the influence of drugs AGAIN.....that is how serious the courts deemed it to be? A poxy four weeks in nick?
No wonder people are not scared of the consequences of their actions anymore.
The criminals just like flasher George, really just stick two fingers uip at the law and think.....fuck you.
No doubt the next time this tosser gets caught behind the wheel, they will blame his term in prison as a factor as to why he did it again, and the system will bend over ( George will love that ), to help him out.
I think the word joke, is really too soft a word for the tossers who jailed him for this poxy amount of time.
Just like so many other so called stars, who flaunt their status in life to get away with almost anything....there are too many to even start to mention. With role models for young kids to follow, no wonder we have such a high amount of horrid kids out there, high on drugs themselves.

In Liverpool we have a saying...
'Its not, what you know but who you party with'.
Its not what you know or who you know, but what you know about who you know wink

Thats the way for anyone who behaves inside though isn't it? Don't most offenders who behave inside only do half the sentence or there abouts?

Or what you think you know! Or is it what you're told? Who knows!
I really don't see what real use, continueing to keep him locked up does. I am sure he has learnt a valuable lesson, and as high profile I am sure many others have taken note as well. In the end he is costing all of us money behind bars.....I am sure there will be restrictions on his movements and actions now out, and hopefully he can give a bit back to the community.

Four weeks inside, then four weeks on licence with restrictions on what he can or cannot do and who he can associate with.
The judge is restricted on sentencing by guidelines based on case law. They cannot sentence him to 20 years hard labour for such an offence, because they would then have to sentence everyone who commits similar offences to the same sentence. They don't have an option of a sentencing plan for a celebrity and different sentencing options for the man in the street.
Don't forget, the more you have on the outside, the more you are giving up on the inside, proportionately a lot more than your 'run of the mill' criminal. He will know what will face him if he is convicted again and he knows it wont be pleasant.
Awww poor thing - only 4 weeks with the bum-party boys. He must be so fed up.
They porbably let him out early cos he was enjoying himself too much. biggrin

I am sure he has learnt a valuable lesson

Well after the " get ya dick out in a public loo " and then being caught before drugged up behind the wheel, and then getting caught again, and then jailed......has he learned anything? Somehow I doubt it and I for one will not be a bit suprised if he is not back in the news inside twelve months for similar offenses.
A valuable lesson will have been achieved IF he remains out of trouble, the trouble is that I believe he gets his kicks from this, and until those kicks are sorted out he will continue to offend.
He now knows though what the consequences are if caught again.
Personally whilst I think he is a great singer/songwriter, as a person and the image he portrays, I think he is a tosser.

What is it in a pop stars life style that sends them off the rails, to much money or to much time on there hands? or a combination of both perhaps

Whatever it is, there is no excuse. There are people out there with real problems.
Robbie Williams had not long signed a huge record deal with I think Sony, and then it came out he was suffering from depression ffs.
Depression?
They do not know how lucky they are, and certainly not worth the fame and fortune that life heaps upon them.
I do not know about rotting the soul, what I do know is that it rots their morals.

I prefer Westlife myself. wink

One at a time... or all together?
Will Mr Michael be signing up for this one?
