We only ever made one swingcamp...It was the year of the fecking hurrican...Well if felt like it anyhow.
When we arrived Kbuk and Dino had put up out tent ready for us (Kbuk had gone down the day before). it was blowing a gale and me and Mr Tigs took one look at the tent and realised that they had put it up wrong. We then proceeded to take it down and re-erect it.
Dino and Kbuk had already taken charge of our small new kettle drum camping BBQ and they were using it to create a huge fire. We bloody needed...
So was there for the whole weekend and can honestly say no sex took place because I honestly thought the tent was going to fly away lol
We have been away many times since, non swinging, and had great sex in the tent. The only problem we have is I'm (Mrs Tigs) is rather "vocal", basically I'm a noisy bitch so we have to make sure that no one is near us :giggle"

Can't you take a camping cock with you so your mouth is too full to make a noise? ;-)

wrats camp, Roses idea.. were you there for our wedding celebration camp.. best party weekender we had.. last memory of that involved Neil and Gem and a very see thru tent :eeek::eeek:
we never did the summer of love camp that was to follow the next year. all ill say is horses Gem.. angel chat i still have the rubber bit.. beer thief

Waldog and I attended one swingcamp at (mods edit location removed). I remember everyone hid when Meaty arrived and Waldog and I got sent out as he didnt know us. I still have great memories of the camp now. :-D.

I did wrats camp, had a lovely time, till sleeping time, the tent dripped on me all night, someone fell over the guide ropes.

WRATS camp, yes I was there. Stayed up all night semi-smoking a pipe that I couldn't keep lit, drinking whiskey out of a bottle in my coat pocket, and singing karaoke. I think everyone else ended up going to sleep, and me and Horny Red were still sat on a bench at the back door, nattering. Don't remember anything else!

i think around 120 did WRATS camp at one point or another over that weekend.. still never been mentioned by the neighbours . although they do speak to us now .. im guessing they have mellowed a little with the years.. i recall lassoing fee ... too many people in the hot tub.. yes that is possible. going to bed early as both Rose and I were completely too knackered to actually enjoy the party after setting it all up..
must check the pics from back then.. got them somewhere on the drive thats locked up in the safe..
when you read the times we all had its little wonder when changes came along how emotions ran so deep..

We sadly never had the pleasure of a WRATS camp, but we heard some great stories. We did do all the Swingcamps though and had amazing times.
Our first Swingcamp was my first camping trip, at a time when I wore skyscraper heels, face full of makeup, straightened hair and nails done at all times. I went under protest, we had a tiny little 2 man tent, it rained all night and I got soaked through. *Him* said he knew he'd won when he saw me sat in a camping chair with no make up on,curly hair, wearing a hoodie, wellies and with an umbrella clamped between my knees keeping me dry with a travel mug of tea in my hands.
We upgraded to a 6 man tent after that but I was hooked on camping! So many memories of sunsets on the cliffs looking over the sea, drunken evenings singing (and getting warned about the noise) tent hopping in the night, walking into our tent and finding one of our "tentmates" with a glowstick shoved up his japs eye dunno

(no prizes for guessing who lol), waking up with relief that our tent was still pitched after a night of hurricanes, White Russians, keeping up with the Joneses (every year someone went one better - ending up at one point with someone having a white picket fence around their tent complete with a "keep off the grass sign")
I really miss those days.

just realised that smoking in pubs had been banned in Wales at that time and we had to go outside for a smoke.....was maybe a year later is was enforced in England!
