After take my long walk today I came across an area which had been used for sexual activity...the condom packets and used condoms on the floor...
Ewwwwwwww
Anyway I was wondering those of us that have had outside sex, have we been good responsible people and picked up our litter.....?
lol
I would naively, or rather optimistically, like to think everyone did.
Is there not some unspoken doggers' code?
At least they were being responsible by using condoms eh
Ewwww indeed.
Yes, outdoor sites that I used to frequent did have this problem.
It's gross and unnecessary to leave such things behind. It's not like it's difficult to find a bin banghead
Why don't the make them out of that new biodegradable plastic? Within 6 months it'd be gone.
But anyway I'm with the majority and ewwww!

Yes, but that's still 6 months of hanging around on the ground if not binned. At a busy dogging site, 6 months worth of condoms is A LOT of waste.
Again. EWWWWWWW
Bin it. FFS
I always look out for these signs of filthy goings on, so i know where to come back to when it's dark lol

well yes that would be perfection, but unfortunately we can't trust Joe public to act in an environmentally friendly way!
I wasn't condoning the act of throwing the condom away even if it is biog, first and foremost chuck it in the bin! being biodegradable is a secondary nature. We have biodegradable plastic glasses at events and they still get put in the bin.
Anyway, why has general outdoor sex been classed as dogging?? The two acts are quite distinct!
Maybe johnny bins are the answer?

Hm, would I trust a biodegradable condom?
It's so easy, take it off, tie a knot in it, pop it in a bag and either take it home or put it in a bin!
It's horrible in the dark when your foot goes from under you and you know what you have just stood on.
Also, as the non dogging public tend to use the areas we know during the day for walking there dogs or just for a stroll, it's not long before someone will complain (rightly) about the mess and the council will come along and chop down all the natural cover!
Hence leaving nowhere to go dogging!
Look what has happened to all the cottaging, gone!
So please, please tie a knot in it and take it home! (slogan for the ad campaign)

Pretty much every populated area have litter bins, but does everyone use them? Sadly not.
You could have someone sitting in the bushes jump out after some activity requiring the use of a condom waive a bin in front of the face and I bet that there would still be some who would not understand what they were being asked to do.
Just hope some of the comments on here urge some would be condom discarder's to THINK that their action will ultimately lead to complaints with the obvious consequences.
The other thing is that these spaces are shared with wildlife. Perhaps the culprits should be forced to wake up with a 100 foot used condom on their doorstep and see how they like it.
I regularly visit these sites and collect all the used condoms, which are then washed and dried and rubbed with a bit of lube. Then I redistribute them, thus doing my bit for the planet.
I tried this commercially, but it never really took off, don't know why.
