Because Dino asked HornyRed if she knew my name, and she didn't. But instead of telling the truth, she told him very matter of factly that I was called Donna (I'm not, as anyone on Facebook will know)
Since then, they've both called me Donna Chat, because they decided I look like a Donna loon

And... once we had the chance to choose our own usernames on other sites, and then when we came back to this site, we chose Rubato and Hope. (Not realising to start with that we could have our old username back! D'oh!) Rubato because I'm a musician and rubato is a musical term describing how to play a piece of music - it means something like "play it in your own time - you don't have to stick to the beat." And Hope because that is what she is to me, my Hope of better things, and what her life has taught her - that there is always Hope. (She may have a different explanation for why she picked Hope.)

I chose my name because I like I singing an showing people the mic, and saying its the mike see...just I had a spelling issue.

I totally totally get this......I can't believe though that I got to this age before being able to know and then to trust someone else with the knowledge. As I said in another thread I got huge hints a few years back and I even think other online friends saw it in me well before I did blink

Originally we had our own names on 2 different account...but it wouldn't have taken Poirot to work out who we actually were...so it got changed to Devon_Desires...but we got hassle on this site and a couple of others...due to some shit that went down in the D & C chatroom and a couple of people getting banned...
So I decided we should change again and I've always been a bit of a rogue and had used that for an online MMORPG so the inevitable happened and hence RT was born...and has kinda stuck.
It has been changed since then but everyone that knows in SW has said this suits us well, so after 4 weeks we changed it back to RT.
I'll stay as this until forever more now :-)

I was trying to think of username elsewhere many years ago so asked a friend and he suggested FoxyScotCsrol. I thought foxy was quite an old fashion term so changed it to Sexy. Later I discovered that the foxy was because of my ginger hair but by then I had my name a while and was kmow by it.
I have used the the name ever since on ever other site so people still know its me. The rest of my name is obivious so I thought being from Scotland and my name being Carol. Sometimes though when in chatrooms I have had people think it was a joint persons account and that Scot was my other half lol

and have asked which of us was which confused me totally at first til I got it.

Redangel was my first user name when I started swinging. I chose it because I had red hair and I was, and still am a little angel.
When I moved to another site I chose Funkyfox. But for some reason, I'll always see myself as Redangel. As Redangel I have less inhibitions, I'm more flirty and out going. As Funkyfox, I seem to be a different persona. It's weird. I prefer Red angel as a person to Funkyfox!!

People started calling me Paddy - A very good Member of the ADMIN Team kindly changed it to Paddy for me last year.

There used to be a neighbours beautiful black cat that would visit and lie on my desk purring contentedly. It was asleep next to my monitor the one day when I was trying to think of a name and I thought to myself, what a happy cat.
I now have a fantastic white cat as per my avatar.
