Well sadly as so far we only have 18 people for this social all of which have come from the other site then its looking like I am going to have to severly alter the arrangements

Hope to be around for the mini munch and will have a word with my partner from the Bristol munch to go as a couple. (seems lots of singles at the mo).
Have you pm'd the crowd from the last munch? would be a good starting point.
Thanx for taking the time and effort to arrange this thing as i guess it must be a nightmare to get this off the ground.

Yeh we have 18 already as this is advertised at another site and quite a few are from the bristol munch
However at the moment this event is looking like it will not take place as originaly planned as we wont have enough for the venue due to lack of interest from this site when the we do make new plans we will not be advertising them here. PM us if you would like directions to the other advert :) Would be good to see you and your partner/swing partner again .. didnt realise you were not a couple?Cheers

We spend alot of time in the room aswell as the Wales room. We would love to come to the social on the 19th but sadly we have a prior arrangement of a social in Wales the same evening. We do hope you all have a good fun evening and hope to be at the next one.

I have neglected the thread here after it didnt get much interest and only revived it recently from page 20 or somewhere like that to give people one last shot. The Social has been properly advertised at another site where 95% of the atendees are comeing from. Ok answers to your questions :)
The event is on and is as described in the original advert on page 1
Mini much style social :) Basicly it means its a Mini munch but cant be called a mini munch as the venue does not have the correct facilities which in this case means no private toilet and no private bar. We have to use the main bar and bar toilets which in turn means no badges. We have a private room and musicand everything taking place in that room will be as a mini munch.
The event is open to all users of SH subject to the conditions listed on page 1.

As we have not met you before and are not known to anyone on the list so far I we will probably meet up with you in a seperate location before the social and escort you in. This is both for our security and also to make you feel more at ease entering the venue. If you wish I could find you hand holders? This is someone who is on the list who I can put you in touch with and they will be able to answer any questions you have in the lead up to the event and even meet up with you before hand and come in with you :) If that interests any of you please send me a PM.Combatbabe, sorry you couldent make it :( maybe next time :D
