Croydon Munch

Dear chaps
The first ever Croydon munch will be..... (drum roll, please!).... Saturday 3rd April.
Any interested parties please reply to this thread and a PM will be sent to you giving exact details nearer the time.
The venue will be in central Croydon. For those coming by train, either East Croydon or West Croydon will do. There is plenty of car parking nearby... but you should be warned that central Croydon has a swine of a traffic system and on a Saturday navigating the shoppers will prove fun.
So... come and put a face to a name... or a face to a pair of tits! biggrin

Er... no. For the following reasons.
A) Croydon will be SWARMIMG with the little dears during Easter... and I spend my life trying to avoid them, and
B) I chose the date based on a very scientific reason.... I'm NOT going to forget it and do something daft like forget to book the day off work because the day before is my BIRTHDAY!!!! :happy: :bounce: :bounce:
I'm sure if this one goes well, we'll have another one later.... but lets get this one out the way first. biggrin

Hi eveyone...
Can I just remind, inform folks that all I'm planning is a quiet chat over coffee... maybe a visit to one of our finer noodle bars... and eventually a jar or two in one of our less frantic hostalries.
There's no need for anyone's partner to feel jellous or upset if they can't make it.... But you MAY be able to exchange details with people for individual meetings at a later date. Think of it as a drink after work...

NO EMAILS, only PMs and I'm only contacting those who have left a response to this thread. I can tell you, though, the meet will be CENTRAL CROYDON witin 10 minutes walk of either of the stations.

Thanks Heather, i'm very impressed with everthying about this site. Can you please send me one of these IM thingies nearer the time. I would like my wife to become involved in the munch thingie, though I think that will be like asking a rabbi to eat bacon!! So this will all be a factfinding mission for me.
