Just rechecked the list & if everyone turns up who has their name down it's gonna be one hot night - main list carries 27 couples - we need a bigger house :thrilled:

Tried downloading a new fav song today but the only free version Ive found cuts out before end of song.

Yet another classic Charley party with all ingredients present and correct:
1 Harry was one and a half hours late (but set a new land speed record on way)
2 There was a poor CD that Harry bodged up fast on his limited itunes selection which people put up with
3 Harry arrived clutching his slippers, flat cap and a bottle of beer (Batemans Spring Breeze - "Demeter Goddess of Spring and Fertility (and it worked last night trust me )
4 There was much chatting and merriment
5 There were many sexy women and decent blokes present
6 I failed to tell every that I fancied that I fancied them
7 Host and Hostess were as wonderful as ever
8 There be laid on great food
9 I drove home feeling as contented and happy as I always do
On top of this I managed amazingly to remember and name about a dozen folk to the splendid lady I had managed to invite.
Favourite moments include forgetting who someone was till she reminded me (remember the 2p's), someone getting excited and exclaiming when they were told who I am (your famous!) and a very special moment you know who you are
Apologies again I had to leave at midnight (I left at ten to one in the end :lol2

My heartfelt thanks to everyone who came & enjoyed the evening & extra thanks to those who stayed over & helped Mr C clear up from the night before, as I had to chase out early for my meeting. When I got home at 6pm it was like it had never happened (unless you knew where to look
