I might be repeating myself but I need to stress that this is PURELY A SOCIAL EVENING. The place seats 160+ people so our meagre 58 are gonna be surrounded by a lot of people that are there to celebrate everything from engagements to golden wedding anniversaries. Fancy dress is fine but it needs to be in keeping with the medieval theme (which doesn't include leather miniskirts, fishnet stockings and cupless whalebone corsets).
For those not planning to wear fancy dress please follow the guidelines given. We're going out for a meal not a night in the local swingers club.

DRESS & BEHAVIOUR
In the interest and enjoyment of other guests the management reserves the right to refuse entry, or eject any person or party, whose behaviour, language or attire is likely to cause offence. Guests are to wear a reasonable standard of smart casual attire, denim and jeans are not appropriate.
CAMERAS
The use of personal STILL cameras is permitted both before and during the entertainment.
VIDEO CAMERAS/TAPE RECORDERS
The use of all types of Camcorders/Video equipment and tape recorders are NOT permitted in the Banquetting Hall during performances.
SMOKING
Smoking is NOT permitted in the main banquetting chamber. Smoking is only permitted in the drinking chamber and lounge area.

So far we have 58 places booked and yes there are still places available. If you read through the thread you'll find all the info you need regarding dress, menus, cost, location etc but the basic details are:
It will be purely a social evening.
The cost is per person.
Dress is medieval fancy dress or smart casual, NO jeans.
The place is in the midlands and is quite close to both the M6 and the M1 so it’s pretty central and fairly easy to get to.
The total cost has to be paid (by me) before 4th February. In order to do this I need to collect all monies by 28th January at the latest. For people that haven't already booked I will need the money as soon as possible in order to book the extra places.
If you wanna come along then let me know and I'll send you the details of how to pay.
