As some of you may be aware i have just completed the sale on a new house.
As i am out of the UK a lot on business i unfortunately do not attend as many SH events as i would like.
Therefore i thought it would be an ideal opportunity to invite you to a housewarming/bbq/general piss up at my place.
House is 20 miles outside of Middlesbrough in countryside. Has its own private road and no nosy neighbours.
Can easily hold 50 people and i am looking at organising it for 16 June as i am definitely in the country that week!

funnily i dont mind sharing bedroom space .....as long as ya quiet ohhhhhh n dont mind my snoring
All bedrooms booked, but if you ask nicely am sure someone will share. Plenty of floor space if you want to bring an irbed or whatever else!!!
Food and some drink will be in the house but suggest you bring some supplies, not that i'm tight or anything!!!!
