*******************Scottish Munch 26th March 2005 - Glasgow ************************
It is definite ! The social event of the Scottish Calender is booked for the 26th March in Glasgow City Venue holds up to 150 people.. So if you want to come along, have been a regular user of the SH site either in the chatroom or the forum, before Saturday 15th January, then feel free to send a pm, asking to be put on the list.
Please be aware that for the safety and enjoyment of everyone, regular users only or individuals/couple who can have someone vouch for them, will only be invited. Only those on the confirmed list will be given details of the venue where a doorman will be on attendance throughout the evening.
An official invite will be sent out approximately 4 weeks before the Munch and venue details be sent out in pm nearer the time. Anyone wishing details of hotels etc, can just let me know and i will send out details.
So come on everyone, get your name down.

xxx In the hope that my financial situation has improved by then............. Yes I would definitely be interested in attending. Hopefully I will be less of a newbie as far as Munches & parties are concerned. Not fussy on the location either. Looking forward to it already.

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D Living in Edinburgh makes it a nice option, though I don't mind travelling thru to Glasgow. In the event that Edinburgh gets the thumbs up, am happy to help any organisers on things like sending out lists of accommodation, transport etc - quite used to doing this. Have just introduced some friends here to swinging so would be nice for them too if it was here! More familiar with Edinburgh - and the City Council here has a history of being far more rolerant than in Glasgow. Plus we have late opening/licensing (not enough experience of munches to know if that would be relevant or not though).

Lucy, you know that we will be there. Thoroughly enjoyed the last scots munch and the NE Munch. Will be great to get us all together again.

Great idea LWB - I'm not really bothered where it is :shock: As long as it doesn't clash with the Banquet I'll be there - also am more than happy to help out with stuff - stuff like making sure enough booze gets drunk is what I'm usually best at!
