a female friend of mine is looking to try a gangbang and im aiming to assist.

All down to personal choice that one H and he has every right to be fussy as any one else does.
If you're inexperienced you don't always know what to call something and what he asked for is pretty clear to me so why are people pulling him apart for asking?
He's done nothing wrong, just asked and then got replies from people who don't match his criteria :dunno: Isn't that what we all do?

What he has asked for isn't what he wants. That's like looking at a Mini and saying it's a Ferrari. When he tells people he has a Ferrari, all they will see is his Mini!! So he has asked for a gangbang, but actually just wants group sex. He has had the right replies because he did ask for single guy(s).
As I said previously, he needs to be clearer about what he wants to lessen confusion and possibly increase his chance of a successful party.
As for the age thing, he's quite right in deciding who he wants and we shouldn't decry him that.

My point about the age thing is just that he was very specific. There may be a woman out there who'd love to go but he'd look at the age, say 36, and discount her. Yes, you can have an age range but would not 20's and 30's have been better.

We have contacted the couple about this as it seems the kind of thing we are interested in, many of the other topics are daunting to ourselves as most of those posting are much older than us and much more experienced, Its shocking to find that even in a thread thats asking for younger people there are still people making it seem all that more daunting.*

Well said! We are older than they have asked for so we haven't 't we all bemoan the endless pm's we get from people who have not read what has been asked for? It's not ageist, it's their preference, presumably they prefer people in their 20's but extended it to 35! Hope you have fun and welcome to the community.

I don't think it was the age thing that got people going... but it does make a change for the normal "why don't young people get a chance" when talking about older swingers..... but age is one of those wierd things.... i know 50 year old who act and feel like they are 20, and i know people who are 30 going on 60 a lot of the time......me!!!
I just think it was the fact that they asked for a another guy and 2 girls and got loads of single guys asking....... which i can't see a problem because that was one of the possiblities they asked for.......

From our perspective, meets where the bulk of those attending are closer to the ages of our parents than ourselves can be a little off putting, not based on attraction or anthing like that, just because we generaly don't socialise with people of that age and would maybe fel uncomfortable in that situation.
Complaining and being pedantic over terminology is not the way to break boundaries, infact it only seves to strengthen them.

i don't think anyone is accusing anyone of being age-ist at all......
i would really love for you to ask to attend one of the site socials.. because there are a wide range of ages that go to them and a wide set of people...because just imagine all the great people you would possibly meet and get along with without the conception of "age" getting involved.....i have had a riot with people much older than me... and some much younger than me.... just go into everything with an open mind... and they if you find that you don't like it then fair enough.......:)

Well said Gaz n Sal. I totally agree with you. There are a few regulars on the Forum who do get very snotty over the slightest thing and I have complained about it before. I think Gem has already covered the point about the original ad's terminology perfectly but with regards to age - even if they have set 35 as a limit - i am sure they are flexible enough that if a 36 or 37 year old was to apply then they would consider them.
I just wish some couples would be flexible on cock size when they ask for 7.5" plus!!!!!!!

to be fair to the guy i dont think hes being ageist, just has specific requirements and i am certain that there are many people would think you are sexy i certainly would. It just seems people have quoted in this thread in true S.H fashion and people have decided to jump all over him. They are young and have just started out in the swinging scene and i think that constructive comments in a friendly manner would more beneficial this is not a dig at you personaly but more of an observation that some of the more regular forum posters seem to want to jump all over people. I thought that the scene was more about helping and giving advise not scaring people to never post again.

You're absolutely right, I can't tell you what to post, but I can AND DID offer advice on how to be more successful, something you seemed to have ignored in your quest to insult me.
