Yep although I aint used it for a month or so it really does make a difference. My cock gets to about 8.5"x6.5" if I leave it on for about 20-30 mins each day and it makes for a great fanny plug thereafter.

Very simply a clear plastic cylinder approx 4"x5/8"dia or so is attached to a special hand gip pump via a thin tube. The open end of the cylinder is lubricated to help form an airtight seal. The open end of the cylinder is then placed over the exposed clit trying not to trap any hairs that make help break the vacume seal. You then simply slowly pump and watch her clit expand into the cylinder much in the same way as a cock pump does. Leave for 20 to 30 mins and hey presto she has her own little cock.

ive tried both foot pumps and hand pumps both with varying results ,
on my mountain bike with the hand pump i can get realistic pressure but on the racer the narrower tyres seem harder to inflate and the foot pump is better, im yet to try one of the co2 inflaters but sure they would be better and quicker to get the right pressure
