To all those attending the forthcoming munch at Wigan
As it will be my birthday weekend (just in case anyone has forgotten) :shock: and in an attempt to calm peoples nerves prior to the big event, I am suggesting pre-much drinkies.
I will be at the hotel bar from 14:30 for a couple of hours. This is the FIRST hotel in the original list that was issued. It is the one marked with a (1) on the recent list.
If anyone else is contemplating pre-munch drinkies, maybe use this thread, but -
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
Do NOT mention any names of hotels, signposts, places of interest, well in fact anything that would indicate the locality of the hotels.
Any questions, concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I'm at one of the other hotels, and I don't drive, but I'm not too far away from your hotel, so I'll be making my way there using my own GPS (Googlemap Printout Sheet)

As I will not now be attending this munch, obvioulsy I will now not be organising the pre-munch drinks for hotel 1.
As I opened this thread as a general pre-munch drinks thread for anyone attending Wigan, I will leave it up to the mods judgement as to wether they choose to lock this or keep it running for others.

Fingers crossed a few more will be prompted to get their names down.
As I said earlier, please use this thread for any pre-munch drinkies, as per Mallocks suggestions of drinks as well.

we would love to meet up for pre munch drinks, we will be arriving in wigan around 3 - only thing is i dont know whereabouts our hotel was on the list apart from that its the cheap hotel... so if anyone would kindly pm us of drinks in that hotel or pre munch drinks in general it would be great.....
