Words cannot describe how elated I was to hear such news. The prospect of being adopted by Sappho has incited a bout of enraptured euphoria, I have severed all ties with my family and placed my house on the market. I am not entirely sure if Shropshire counts as north of Birmingham or in fact the laws relating to adult adoption, but these concerns aside I am totally prepared to relocate to Shropshire with all haste

I'm terribly sorry that I've neglected you somewhat today, I've been very busy being felt up in the supermarket and telling a complete stranger about my fiscal comings and goings under the pretence that they may save me some money.
The trauma of the shopping trip caused me to slip in my duties as an adopter, but please rest assured, if you have chocolate in your possession, there is absolutely not a cat in hell's chance of me giving you up to WBB.

I mentioned it to Mrs TE and she wandered off muttering about Fenny Hornlanders - so I don't hold out much hope there. Personally I love the Fenland - it's so flat :!:
I think I realised after I posted my hi-jack that the reason why this thread was set up was because the NW Munch went so well. I'm not so sure we westerners are that qualified. Still if you Fenlanders want to head for the hills.........

you As a southener who has lived up north for nigh on 23 years i totally agree with the adopt a southener idea..... my dad did it with my mum and my husband did it with me..(no crude jokes there plz)..... 
..... so to all the southeners i agree bag yourself a northener...
but don't bother with the gravy (on chips), rag puddings, mushy peas or brass bands... trust me!
