This man is costing the British Tax payer dear.. why not just deport him and have done with it?
Well yes i agree with you there that he is costing the tax payer a load of money..
What we can do is either charge him for all the trials and lawyers fees..
and then not forgetting to add on the V.A.T..
And then what you can do is lock him and Heather Mills in a room together..Making sure the room has no windiws and is soundproofed..
And they can then rant and rave at each other ,till the one gets bored with the other one and kills them..
for that contest i will put my B class money on Heather Mills....
This is man who believes his son and daughter in law were murdered. I don't see why he shouldn't have the right to state his case in court.
He's also given millions to charity (including 6 million to Great Ormond Street) - and employs thousands of people in his many business ventures.
In my opinion, he should be allowed to state his case.

Are you sure? Cos the site AUP is very clear:
Non Acceptable Behaviour.
Your account shall be terminated immediately and we may report you to the relevant authority if your behaviour on our website consists of any of the following:
Anything illegal and contrary to the laws of England and Wales...
Any comments which are hateful, or racist.
Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards fellow members, Ops/Mods or Administration staff.

confused
Fayed is a serial twat (in my personal view) but that doesn't make me racist. If you have an accusation to make then send your evidence to me by PM..... just because the person being an idiot is non-caucasian doesn't necessarily make the complainer racist unless the complaint is unfounded. In the case of Fayed (and the 'Al' bit is assumed and not designated) then it's a moot point.

With the greatest of respect... since the appeal was unsuccessful... he is liable for the costs of that appeal...
and i think he just earns enough that he isn't getting legal aid.....
so i assume that he is a british national (like i am) so he is paying his taxes (at 40%)
plus his companies are registered in the uk... so his companies are paying business taxes....and he payes taxes on profits...
plus his companies are using british staff.... who are in turn paying taxes....
so in the long run.. I think you'll probabaly find he is a net contributor........
what you think of him personally is different to the statement you make... so i respectfully request that you retract that....

ALL complaints about breaches of the site AUP are dealt with as a matter of urgency.

Well im sorry but i have to do this...Diana wasn't his daughter in law as they were not married..
in my personal point of view he has made his point heard loud and very clear..
Plus he is dragging the memory of two good people through the mud for his own self satisfaction..
Well fair play to him for all the money he has given to different charities..
But for the love of god let two people rest in peace
and let the matter lie ,and let everyone get on with living instead of living in the past..

I know she wasn't his official daughter in law. It was a figure of speech. I'm not clear what difference it makes, though wink

Accusing me of being a racist is against the AUP.
Suggesting that every post I have made has a racist slant is also against the AUP as it is certainly untrue.
I am perfectly entitled to express my opinions about how the Government might respond to this foreign national (he does not has British Nationality - this has been refused him by the British Government) who is attacking our Royal Family.
The thread has been opened to engender sensible, lawful debate on the issue and not as a platform for racial hatred.

I'm with Cherrytree on this one. I don't think he's getting any "satisfaction" from it either, just trying to uncover the truth.
