What is a sufficient amount of alcohol? Enough to extend the staying power but not enough to delude yourself that you are better than ever , a fantastic lover etc.... but then reducing sensitivity can be another challenge....quality versus duration.... really good sex is the best stimulant so the need for alcohol is less ...know which I would prefer!

I know that if I drink ANY alcohol, I am imediately concerned for my faculties, so I feel very self concious and less able, ergo I drink oj and lemonade.

Don't worry yourself and have a drink. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that if they can transplant hearts, lungs and livers, they can probably slot in some fresh faculties if you fuck em up through alcohol abuse.

Drink kills my sex drive so i only drink a very small amount when sex is on the agenda
