Abnormal? Nah! I, too, am devoid of tattoos and piercings, but am 5'10" and have been learning to drink far more copiously since moving to the UK.

Well I saw all my mates getting dragged into tattoo shops when I was yonger and mostly pissed.
All the tattos looked very dull like, black and dark blue in thoes days, not much color at all. Plus a tattoo is for life, not something I wanted at a young age.
I have never been into jewelry, so dangling rings on me body does not appeal to me,
I once saw a guy get his finger ripped off, when his wedding ring got cought on a window of a coach. He was jumping up from the outside and hanging onto the window.
That put me off the idea as well.
I used to drink obscene ammounts of alcohol, have slowed down somewhat these days though. Still like a good drink at times.
I have no disslike for tattoos or piercings, infact some are very well done.

Sorry dave, forgot to explain that.
I was dragged up and not brought up as a child.
This in turn scuffed my shoes and socks to a point where we could not afford to buy any more(in thoes days we were very poor).
The result was that, with no shoes and socks, my legs got dragged on the floor.

OI! I've only just seen this!
You are sooo naughty Mrs _Mids!As it happens I don't drink an awful lot. I can't remember what the corerct amonut of units it is .. something like 14 for women per week. If thats the case, then that would be 728 over a year. I'm sure I don't drink that much and if I do, it's only cos I drink them in 4 or 5 sessions rather than spread em over the year!
Anyway, back to Re-Lapse. Yes, that did kind of answer my question I suppose. Just for the record, I've got a navel piercing but no tattoos. Only 'cos I'm a scaredy cat and no decent tattooist would see me if I turned up drunk. Oh, back to the drink again ... Hmmmm my turn to :bolt:
