This infuriates me so much.
After watching the news last night and hearing that the judge in a trial asked the jurors to return a not guilty verdict on the accused because the woman was so pissed is just disgusting.
If the judge was so pissed and woke up to find that he had been , would he be saying the same thing? " i was so drunk that i didn't know what i was doing" i don't think so.

From what I understand you have to give consent, so how can you if you're to drunk? It was good to see that she was honest about not remembering....

the problem with male is they don't have many guys that come forward to report it & suffer in silence. and my partner has had here drink spiked on a night out thing could have gone a lot worse for her but still ended up in hospital

That particular case should never have been brought to court on such weak evidence, in my opinion. What's damaging about it is the way scumbag press like the Daily Mail makes such a display of it. :x

There really was no case at all there, the girl admitted that she didn't even know she'd had sex until the man made a voluntary statement that he had consensual sex with her. There is not one shred of evidence that he didn't get her consent, so I am astounded this made it to court. The Daily Mail wants everyone to be scared that if they have a drink they will be , and are twisting this allegation to try and support their blinkered point of view, that alcohol is bad and sex is bad.
can scar victims for life, and needs to be punished accordingly. Drunken events that the woman can't even remember happening have not scarred that woman for life - and it's certainly not done as much damage to her as this court case did to an innocent man. How do you think he's going to feel about having sex now? Out there in the vanilla world, it's next to impossible to have sex in non-alcoholic situations, so every time he'll be having the spectre of those allegations hanging over him.

NO MEANS NO!!!!!!!
destroys a person it eats away at you, you constantly ask your self what did you do wrong, what could you have done to stop it. you lose all confidence in your self and mankind. until one day you have to let go, let it all out and accept that its them in the wrong not you.
when a woman or a man says no then no means no. weather the person is drunk, coming on to you or wearing slutty clothes a person as a right to change there mind in all cercumstances no means no with exceptions!!!!!!!
