Ankle bracelets

I have read that you can sometimes tell if a woman is shared with others by her husband if she wears an ankle bracelet.
I know this can`t be true for all women who ever wear them, but what do you think ? Is this a good way to tell ?

I wear one and have done for some time now, right leg.
But I am not shared by anyone, and when / if I want to share myself I will sort out who with and when!! :P

I've heard that it means a woman is on the game, is a slave or into BDSM as well as the suggestion you mention. I'm sure that a huge majority of ankle bracelet wearing women are wearing it purely for personal adornment like any other jewellery. Asking if their husbands share them is likely to get you a mouthful at best and physical injury at worst biggrin

At one point it was a risque fashion item of the early seventies to wear an ankle bracelet because of it's connotations with "ladies of the night" I think times have moved on and it is just another piece jewelery. Looks great though i think. Especially a nice silver one over dark stockinged ankle/legs, very nice smile

I share my wife with other men/woman on occasion biggrin

why? because she lets me :smile: and we both like her being shared. foremost though, she is her own woman. The rest is a choice made by her

I have worn an ankle bracelet for years, my parents bought it for me about 20 plus years ago has my inital on it I just see it as another piece of jewellery, but if other people want to read something into it then so be it!!!
now the chameleon on my charm bracelet is another thing entirely lol lol xxx

Lol, that sounds like the one about gay men and white handkerchiefs in their back pockets back in the days.
Maybe somone on here should start that off, Have a swingers insignia, like a tatoo or something, Maybe have it quite up the thigh, so if its exposed it gives a clear hint ;)

when i was younger i wasnt allowed by father to wear strappy sandles cos the ankle strap meant woman of the night, red coat meant no knickers, and the best ive heard recently if ya on a naturist beach and a lass has a tattoo shes a swinger and this was from a supposedy learned man typically and he n ever seems to have luck on here either

The wearing of ankelrts as they used to be called dates back to the pre Roman times when woman are captures a slave bracelet was donned, however this was further broought on bt an anklet meaning that a slave was bought for pleasure. The romans in their own way further improvisecd on this and made it into jewellry rather than just pieces of chain. The more a master appreciated his pleasure slave the more austentachios the jewellry worn ............hope this helps

seem to remember a post on this topic from a few months back, think the anklet wearing re swinging is about as true as if you have pampas grass in the front garden it means you are a swinger. My other half wears an anklet n has pampas grass in her front garden so thats her well n truly outed to the neighbours if thats the case :shock:

In some cultures like indian..
From what i know Anklets are just a item of jewlerry, especially if they make a noise. Little girls love them.
Although at one point there was a stigma attached to them as "dancing girls" would wear them, even though they were not erotic dancers, it wasnt seen to be in good taste for other girls to wear them.
Going on a tanjent a bit... Apparently in old england gay / bi men would keep hankerchiefs in there back pockets to show they where up for it.
Although i am sure i saw this on a documentary i am not sure of its validity.
