anyone been asked to father a child?

After a lot of talking on msn, cam & phone, we decided to meet with another couple before Xmas.
We met for drinks & got on really well so decided to go back & have some fun wink

We started getting down to things when the safepart came into play.
'wtf' :shock: she said to her hubby
'thought you told me that he was up for it'
we looked at each other & explained that we only have safe sex as we had stressed before we met.
'well thats no good for me , I want a man to give me a child'
My turn was WTF :eeek: but a little bit louder!
so I'm asking has anyone else had bizarre meets

we met a couple many moons ago on a reqular basis for a few months, after about 6 months they asked us if we wanted to all move into a big house together so they could help us bring up our kids as she didn't want to have kids of her own as she said it would ruin her figure :S
that was the last time we met them for some reason lol

I had heard that sperm banks were drying up (intentional pun :P ) because men were unwilling to donate due to the new laws, but this sounds like desperation. And she thought her hubby had talked it through with you?
I normally have an 'each to their own' view with what people are into (we all like different things) but this is too far because there could potential off-spring. You were lucky there.

I had a girl about 10 yrs ago ask me the same thing, but once she had the baby I was not allowed to have any contact, what worries me is that if I had of been allowed to have contact with the child I may have said yes.

I saw a case in the news recently where a woman had been convicted after stealing a used condom out of the bin of a man she'd been stalking, and using the contents to fabricate DNA evidence that she'd been .
I realise that with this much delay the chances of any sperm being viable are close to zero, but if it were fished out of the bin within an hour or two of use, say after a meet had gone home (and a non-spermicidal condom was used), then the chances are that it might still be useful to a turkey-baster weilding bunny boiler.

I gave a couple of hours as my best guess as to the longest amount of time that could pass before it was used to have any real hope of success. It certainly wouldn't be reliable, but if you did it enough times, it'd probably work eventually.
I think the risk is mostly theoretical, but it'd be short-sighted to assume that nobody's ever going to try.

I probably wouldn't do this routinely, but if I did end up in a situation where I'd gone to meet somebody and at some point been bugged out for whatever reason, then I don't think I'd be too keen on leaving a neatly-packaged sample of my DNA lying around anywhere where it might be found by somebody who wanted to use it.
