It is not the people participating in the pursuit of sexual enjoyment who are 'wrong', but the often blinkered views of those looking on.
These views are often borne of jealousy, lack of understanding, differing viewpoints or ignorance, as long as all people involved are consenting, and not breaking any laws, moral or otherwise, then it really has nothing to do with anyone looking in and judging.

To answer the question, I don't find overly promiscuous people attractive myself. As others have said above, it's quite nice to feel a bit special, knowing the people who have approached you are quite choosy themselves.

I must apologise as I haven't read the whole thread properly (been AWOL for a couple of days) but as I skimmed through; the whole thread sounded weird. I maybe wrong but I think to the wider (vanilla) society the term swinger is synonymous to promiscuity – is it not?

Yes, definitely. I am massively turned-on by women who love fucking and love fucking lots of different guys. With the caveat that Duncanlondon and Kaznkev mentioned, if it seems like it's more about validation than sex, then that kind of worries/saddens me a bit; it can feel like you're taking advantage of a vulnerable person. So given that, if we're honest, that is the motivation for a lot of highly promiscuous people, the fantasy always comes into reality flavoured a bit.
