Here I am sitting watching Tremors and incredibly stupid but fun film. Mine I would say is "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" a completely stupid but enjoyable film....Whats your favorite B movie?
Warriors
The 1980's Flash Gordon film... Classic worship
"The Chronicles of Riddick" has got to be pretty high on the list.

So dumb it's almost brilliant, and how the hell did they persuade Judi Dench to be in it?

Well I was going to say Tremors, but since that's already been mentioned I'd have to go with Bad Taste (Peter Jackson's first film).
Escape To Victory
(complete with Sylvester Stallone in goal rotflmao )
Buckaroo Banzai

Finally! I knew I couldn't be the only person who likes that film!!
Excellent question!
Well, obviously Guy Ritchie's 'Revolver' (you have to put his name in front of it to make clear who the culprit is!), so setting that aside I'd say 'Bikini Girls from Dinosaur Island' as it was in the 'its so bad its good' category.
(By the way - 'Stars Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones'. Incoherent, wooden acting...ugh, just take it away. You thought it couldn't possibly be worse than 'Phantom Menace', but it was miles worse.)
Starship Troopers rolleyes
Army of Darkness is Great biggrin
Bloodrunners is good if you like Biker films
And the all time classic, Chopper Chicks in Zombie Town lol

Starship Troopers is a great film, it took me two or three viewings to actually get what the writers and director were trying to say.

well it must just be me not 'getting' it then, but one viewing was enough to make me do the   thing!

Warriors

Classic gang movie from 1979, A gang that had to travell home from one side of new york to the other...without getting killed a Classic B. The other gang one out at that time was The Wanderers. Good choice Vix

My worst movie of all time used to be Beautiful Joe, but now it has to be Merci Pour le Chocolat. A typical French Film where nothing much actually happens apart from a lot of wide eyes and hushed half truths, and you're left wondering (while looking at the credits) what was supposed to have happened. For crying out loud, there wasn't even any nudity :lol2:
A total waste of time.

so i gather that you didn`t buy it on dvd then mark....

Try and get the original book - it is a sci-fi classic by Robert Heinlein. The film is quite true to the chronology of the book, but treats the subject matter in a less serious and cursory style.
If you liked the film, you'll enjoy the book.
But the red-haired girl trooper who gets disembowelled by the Bug Warrior and dies on the shuttle - she's my dream girl (obviously with all her guts in the right places) so if there's anyone out there who's female and looks like that, please send me a PM!!!!

Army of Darkness is Great biggrin

You are now my new best friend wink . All of the Evil Dead trilogy are amazing. I was hoping someone would recognise the second quote in my sig, but no-one has yet. "Groovy" :D
Big trouble in little china.
What a classic film biggrin
I have loads, I’m into really crappy films (and good ones too….I just like films lol)
But one comes to mind right now, will think of others later.
Rollerball. So awfully violent for absolutely no reason! And really hammy in parts. But I love the classical music and the energy in the film.
I like the choice of Warriors, I saw that when it first came out (yep, I’m old!) and was quite shocked by it, though it seems pretty tame by today’s standards.

just a selection of some films that are so bad they are good

/me hands DP a spoon to eat some brains with :giggle:
Minx x x
just to throw in.. Starship Troopers was a great film. So many people just don't get it!
Worst film list is a long one. Some mentioned already, but I have to say....
Escape from LA
(and subsequently Escape from New York.
O OO OOO what about Fortress....
Deathrace 2000.
Don't remember much about it apart from it was a car race and David Carradine was in it. The object of the race was to score as many points as possible by killing as many people as you could around the course. No doubt somebody will tell me that it had a deep political meaning or summat?
The scene I most remember was the local hospital having a 'euthanasia day' and wheeling all the OAP's out into the middle of the road so that they could be killed by the racers.
Weird.
Steve
The Core
Day after Tomorrow
Kingdom of Heaven.
And a massively obscure film from the 80s. British, with Rik Mayall I think. All I remember was it was about a rock group and aliens, and the aliens were the rock group or something. Oh, and an exploding cooker. God knows any more about it, but it was classic comedy.
And I just remembered an obscure American film involving a bunch of scientists who create a happy pill that makes everyone happy and comatosed. It's major point was the inclusion of 'Cancer boy'
