My better half and myself were at a "party" on Saturday things were going really well and we ended up playing with two other couples, eventually the party had to come to end so it was decided to find a hotel,we had a really great night, but it wasn't until the next day when my partner said to me that one of the guys kept looking at his phone and she thinks he may have been taking pictures, now if i had known this i would have gone mad and lets say the fun would have stopped!......even if he had asked we would have said no but to do it without our knowledge is well out of anyone else ever been in this situation and what is really the best way of handling it?
If we were playing with anyone and they started fiddling with a mobile phone. We would become immediately suspicious. Think the fun would end there and then.
Not been in the position myself but if I was I would ask them to stop firstly and if they were unwilling to do that then I suppose I would just stop what I was doing and leave. You should never feel that you are in an uncomfortable position (No pun intended) while having your fun and decent swingers wouldn't put you in the position
There's been a few clubs had that problem too, thats why most clubs ban the use of phones now, if it had been me i would have took the phone of the person and stamped on it, had i seen them anyway lol

i agree with NN1 but would of also dispersed the pieces of the aforwmentioned phone in different parts of their anatomy...
not exactly the same but i had some 1 take a foto of me drunk adn led next to a girl (only that no more)
he thought it funny to enlarge it and post it in the local pub....
the girl i was seeing at the time wasnt to pleased and ended the relationship...
the lumps either side of the snappers neck are still discernable to this day

But from the look of your sig maybe not. lol
easily said
rarely done
Well in future i will be more vigilant and challenge people when i see them constantly fiddling with their phone when we are in this sort of situation!!

We were out dogging once with a couple of guys and one of them kept taking his phone out of his pocket so we just packed up and left after I gave him a piece of my mind evil
We often take pics with our camera, but we always ask the guys first and would never take face shots anyway, but I must admit I am quite paranoid about camera phones as they don't all flash when taking pics so we wouldn't necessarily know it was being used unless we saw it confused

The thing with camera phone are most are poor quality and don't have a flash so unless they have one of the new ones the pics will prob be no good anyway.

Unfortunately copyright rests with the person taking the photo. Which means if they wish to sell to the 'News of The Screws' then they can. That's why photography is not allowed against the BCCN code of conduct for naturists, and why e.g. Cap D'Agde bans camera work.
However anyone using a camera phone obviously has no manners, apart from which the quality is abysmal.

Very true... unlike the states the "subject" has no self image rights... that said EU HR law has almost thrown out all "expose" being used in papers and the such like unless the person is already in the public eye.... however that doesnt stop damage being done, and also requires a private civil case against anyone (normal people) posting photos publically on say the net. If the photos being published could be concidered to be deliberatly damaging or to harass then it can become criminal.
If you're hosting a party, you can politely inform your guests that there is a house rule that mobile phones must be used in the garden or whatever. At munches and so forth, people could make a point of making sure their phone is aimed at the floor when texting so as not to alarm anyone.
I did post on here some time ago teh situation I had when a girl took my pic on a phone while on teh bus. But that turned out ok and we ended up having sex the week later
Phones have no place when you are playing but I would worry more about being a crap shag than about having my photo taken if someone started to text in the middle of play. lol

That must be the modern day version of a girl pulling an apple from under a pillow and taking a bite from it in the middle of a doggy session.

Why can't they just read a book if their bored!!
Some phones (Sony Ericson's at least) make a loud "camera shutter" type noise which you can't turn off. The manual says this is because many countries now ban the use of silent camera phones - I can easily see why now...
I am lucky my camera phone picture is so sh*t it would be pointless using it to take pictures during a play......
The last thing i want to do when playing is getting my fone out.

We've seen cameras used loads of times. Not while out playing, but at Erotica and such. Personally, if I saw a camera out whilst goings on were 'going on' I'd make such a scene! evil
I've seen them out in changing rooms at swimming pools mad and I've challenged people and reported them straight away. On the two occasions, both put their phones away and were dealt with by the life guards. What happened from there, was down to them.

I'd not thought of that possibility, perhaps people should be made to hand them in when paying?
not happened to me, but if i thought someone was taking a photo of me without me knowing and i found out, well lets just say he would`nt be swinging for a while.
:kick: sierra x x
I have a camera phone but would never use one deviously. Discretion is very important in swinging.
Just a warning to all !
myself and mrs Dizzy were out recently in one of our local spots, we had the use of a nice people carrier out on hire and we decided with all that room in the back we couldnt waste the opportunity to play,,before it had to be returned on the Monday morning.
anyway happily playing away ...sliding rear dors open ....and FLASH !! some D**k decided to take snaps with his phone......mr D decided enough was enough and halted the fun and had a quiet word with the photographer..which ended in the said photographer bleeding from the lip.
so just a warning to all potential snapers out there ....its not a good idea to take pics. Also fellow doggers beware those pics could end up anywhere.
stay safe all and have fun C&A
Weren't the photos used by the News of the World in their scoop on Liberations made with a camers phone? Hooray for clubs where you only wear a towel lol

Thats before arranging another meet so that you can get the local rottweiller to have lunch with you all. You stick to a fresh salad and let the dog have his meat and two veg wink
Never happened to me tho as I am a good girl evil   lol
If they took pics without permission make sure you hide all the sunday supplements and papers
Steph rolleyes  - some people have absolutely no manners

I hate to disappoint here, but I read the debate on this sort of topic in What Camera magazine, where photographers were discussing the issue. The conclusion was that under UK law, no-one has a copyright over their own public appearance. This is how the press and paperazzi get away with what they do. So no, in this case, I don't think that you do own the photos on someone elses camera or phone.
Now feel free to argue your special case in a court of law...if you have Catherine Zeta Douglas's disposable income to do it...but unless you have that amount of cash to go to law, you are basically stuffed if they just stick their fingers up at you.

JTS you make a good point. What Camera were discussing Copyright Law, whereas you make the valid point that the Sexual Offences Act 2003 comes into play.
Nice one!
So the situation is now changes slightly. The "ownership" of the photos isn't affected by the SOA (2003), however the fact that the pictures were taken without consent makes them ILLEGAL!
So, all that needs to happen, is for the full facts of the situation to be reported to the POLICE who will then seek to prosecute in the Crown Court. Needless to say, all the witnesses will need to be called to give evidence, explain what they were doing, what they saw, etc etc...
...erm...a practical proposition...???
While a paper might get a "couple" in a club, the couple is probably on the team... the club its self is open to anyone taking photos of the facilities as there is no HR, sexual offences act, etc. in place... its a building and cannot complain and cannot have prepresentation.
The papers taking ilicit photos of a "famous" person in a club might get away with "in the public eye," especially if they had publically stated a high moral ground, they now would be hard pressed to publish photos of mr and misses jo blogs from 22 acacia avenue.
The papers know that while doing an "expose" will sell (and lets face it be good publicity for the club) to out a normal couple/person would actually do them more harm than good as it would have implications on just what they could do and get away with in the name of "reporting."
With a negative court case with "normal people" they would be truely screwed in what they could do... which is why you never see any legal action from either the clubs nor suposedly "mr and mrs average in the street" caught in the club having sex with multiple people as it would impact on privacy (HR) laws with celebs.
and lets face it.... "we made our excuses and left" like would some scotch sozzled reporters walk out of a swingers club without trying to get a shag? bolocks would they...
(even less likely in the context of research of a brothel... some 40 year old fart with trilby saying "I just want to talk", lmao) all they really do is get people interested in doing something they always wondered about... not up in arms... except mr & misses disgusted of highbrow avenue, lol.

Just a quick note to say that the mr D being referred to isn't me!
