I agree.. I think theres too much pressure in the "popular" media about the "Young and Beautiful look" as I said Au Naturel... nobody minds the odd tattoo or piercing (Got both myself) but why do so many people like blowing up their bits... cutting chunks off or adding bits on ...
I find plastic surgery for the sake of it a real turn-off.....
OK, if a woman has enhancement to make up for previous minimal endowment which embarrassed her, fair enough..... I fully appreciate that.
But taking our friends across the Pond as an example, it seems that if you haven't got plastic boobs, jaws, cheeks, nose, eyelids etc., there's something wrong. It seems over there that once you hit 40, you have to go beserk with the knife in the vain hope that you will somehow escape the ageing process......
I sometimes wonder if you had sex with some of them, would they melt if you went too fast? I'd be a bit miffed if I ended up shagging a melted lump of polyethylene slowly oozing into the carpet......
I much prefer a mature woman who looks natural, I find them really attractive.
I am also happy in the knowledge that one day I will look like a wizened old bastard....
But at least I'll be a GENUINE wizened old bastard. I'd only ever have reconstrucve surgery if I'd been involved in a serious crash on the bike or something similar.....

I can't see anything wrong with it myself. I am sure that the majority of surgery that is done, makes a real difference to the lives of those that choose it, giving them greater confidence about themselves. Some folk simply don't like their body or a facial feature and changing it gives them the lift that they need. Staying with what you were given is fine for the majority of us, but hey if it's bugging you then get it changed.

First of all, telling someone they look great as they are might be missing the point a bit, because chances are they're doing it for themselves, not you. Some people, no matter what anyone else thinks, are genuinely unhappy with their appearance, and if a boob job or a nose job or whatever is going to make them feel better about themselves, more confident, more comfortable, then I think that's a reasonable motive.
If they're doing it to impress other people, then frankly I don't think that says much for the people they're trying to impress.
A stunningly beautiful woman with a figure to die for told me recently that she wants a boob job and I told her, I think you're perfect as you are BUT, if it'll make you feel better about yourself, go for it. And to anyone who's thinking about it, I would say please make sure you don't do it because of what you want other people to think of you. Do it for yourself or not at all is my advice.

I'm planning on having a boob reduction, the main reason is because of back problems etc, but I'd have no problem paying a bit extra to have them 'firmed up' whilst I'm there

My friend went back to Florida some years ago and stayed with her relatives. When she returned she felt inadequate. She was the only one in the family and the entire State that hadn't had cosmetic surgery. Even very young relatives had been under the knife. We had a hard time persuading her that she is wonderful as God made her, pure sex on legs that all male colleagues lusted after!
