Seriously....
We want big, wobbly boobs that move like liquid and captivate the eyes? Like mine.. they sway and bounce and slap together when we're making like quadropeds, they fall by your sides when you're laying on your back, they're marvellous for and all in all just fabulous things.
Wouldn't it be good if implants were that good?
Just like mine. People who have had the pleasure of enjoying my boobs have not been able to tell that they're not 100% natural.
I got mine done 2 years ago, and I would not be without them, now!! They feel incredible and look wonderful and here they are -

i suppose it is a case of why you want the boob job.. if you are doing it for yourself then no one will ever be-grudge you that...
if you exude sexuality then it doesn't matter what you boobs done...
but if you do get it done, get they done by someone renowed in the field... i use to go out with a lady who went up from an A to a D..... they ended up looking like two oversized water balloons and were really hard......

I'm not going to offer much advice apart from saying that surgical techniques have improved drastically over the years, and the American porn trend for 'half a grapefuit over there, half a grapefruit over here, nipples dead centre' horribly unrealistic boobs isnt all that's on offer, and neither is the overstuffed stripper look - it's just that the people with natural-looking boob don't get (or want) as much publicity.
I've had my hands on a pair that completely convinced me for half a night - right up to the 'feeling the scar just below the nipple with my tongue' point - and even then I had to ask if it was from a reduction or implants.
All I can give is my twopennethworth,
And I knwo tuppence is worth next to nothing.
However, a very close friend of mine works in a gym and she has had hers done, she went from a 32a to a 32d (I think, don't quote me on that)
And she has had the natural one taht is tear drop shaped.
Now I have to say I have known her years, before and after the operation, and I genuinely cannot tell the difference (except her breasts are larger and titwanks are sooo much better)
However, I have also been with a girl that had the "solid silcone" Variety of breast, and I have to agree, that I didn't find those arousing at all..
So it seems that perhaps you shouldn't be asking if you should do it, but rather what different options are available!

I think its purely dependant on how you feel about the whole thing.
I personally wouldnt dream of having mine touched,but ive never had an operation in my life!
It depends on how you feel in your body and only you can make that decision.
If you really feel that haing them done will make you more comfortable then go for it,if your unsure then wait a while.

I think that the biggest problem is the media,
They make out that you are not a woman if you don't have large breasts, but anyone with an ounce of sense knows that is complete rubbish,
However if you are constantly bombarded with images of big breasted women, it must be hard.
I have to admit, Im a HUGE fan of breasts, I love them, and I have to say from experience yes, having larger breasts is an asset in sex, but not everyone is "into" them to the degree I am, some men are bum or leg women far more..
Oh and a little aside to clare (Why on earth would you think of having yours done, they are already gorgeous ;-) )
