this forum is about what you give to it. the site is nothing without it's members. simple as! what else is there on here but the posts it's members make. you just have to crack on and post like a loonie and hope someone somewhere reads it, and takes something from it!

Hi Azazel, there are now so many people here posting in the forum that many, maybe even most, of us have to be selective in which threads we read - there is simply not enough time, nor is there time to react to every post that I would like to react to, i.e. post a comment. That can lead to all of us at some time getting the impression that we're being ignored, even those of us who have been around for ages.
It takes time to become recognised on this forum, and three weeks is not very long. You have several blanks in your profile - the more someone has written in their profile, the more interesting people are likely to find them, I suggest. The quote in your signature is a bit ponderous, why not try something a bit more witty? Your nic is also a bit - well, I don't know - it's not easy to pronounce, and it's not clear what it signifies.
Whether you stay here a bit longer or go and find another site, good luck.

we took bloody months to reach 100 posts. At the start most of our posts were ignored, come to think of it most of them still are but what the hell we keep writing anyway. It is difficult to keep up with what is going on in here sometimes but that is due to to many new threads and it is difficult to find the time to read them all. I doubt it very much that you are ignored, possibly over looked as so much is going on around about you. Well that is what we keep saying to ourselves. Hell, we feel left out of things too.
You will get fun and friendship from people on here if you give it a chance, honestly.
What is it that you are wanting from the site?
Hopefully you haven't left us already.
Go on, give us a chance to get to know you.

I dunno, I've only been here a few days and I've found the folk here to be thouroughly pleasent, so far ;)
Being a net vet though I'm well aware that breaking into a net social scene is usually pretty tough. Cliques can sometimes be inpenetrable. I've been on other boards before where I'll make what I think to be good discussion points only to see them ignored (I also have a cunning knack for killing threads).
Meeting people from a forum in RL can help, but not always it all depends on your character and the characters you're meeting.
There really isn't an answer other than to keep at it.

This person has only made one other post in the cafe as fsr as I can see, and that iwas to say hello.
