In a world where people hate labels why do WE "swingers" have to label ourselves as such.
I dont class myself as a swinger but someone who enjoys mutual pleasure whilst knowing that it is just for the purposes of fun.
We are all here to have FUN are we not???
If there were no singles on this site then I think that some of the couples would not be too as generally they like a single joining them whether it be male or female at some time.
As I single if I wanted casual sex then I would go to town and find it. What I get here is not just casual sex but something more and something very different.
The fact that I am a single female should not make me more/less atrractive. I am me and I find that the people I have met on here like me for that and that reason alone!!!

People will often be blinkered into only seeing the area of swinging that they participate in as being encompassed into the term swinging,and any activity that they don't do falls outside, and does not constitute swinging.

If you can tell the difference between fucking and making love, and are seeking the former not the latter then swinging is something that will come easily.

I had a read of wikipedia and as it says Swinging activities may include (but are not limited to):
Soft swinging: having sexual intercourse with a partner while two or more other people perform sex acts in the immediate vicinity.

Single with a Single - how is that swinging, they are both single?
Single with a couple (and both parties to the couple are aware) - how is that swininging - that is just a threesome.

Seriously... I don't agree with that opinion either but I don't feel the need to slate someone for thinking the way they do. It's all subjective and it's not really the end of the world because someone doesn't agree with the way we think. By all means challenge it but there's a way of doing that without being nasty or sarcastic or generally treating people like their opinion doesn't count because its not what we think.
It's fairly clear to see why the cafe is so quiet if this is what people are faced with.

I personally dont really have any views on the subject cos I think you can view the scene as you want to. I've been on here as a couple and a single female and I intend to stay and have some fun. Isnt that what lifes all about.

What difference does it make is someone is single or in a relationship? Its about the way you treat the 'recreational sexual contact' with like minded people and about the way you treat your fellow 'swingers' rather than your marital status.
Someone said ealier in the thread that as 'swingers' we often try and move away from labels, so why add more by trying to be too restrictive over what is and what isnt swinging?
