I have been told (recently) that there are health risks associated with inserting a banana with the peel still on, I'm not sure exactly what these health risks are, but I'll try to get the person that told me about it to provide more info...

icing is a great substitute as you still get the sugar rush that the chocolate gives you but it has none of the fat that chocolate carries cos it's just sugar.......
If you haven't got icing sugar then try normal sugar, run finger under tap, dip in sugar bowl and lick off.
