Having ignored most of my family for Christmas in the past, this year's a big get together. I need some clever ideas under £20 for Christmas Day opening. Not SH type presents you understand!! redface
Categories are:
4 Nephews all over 25
4 Wives of the above
3 Boys aged 7 to 10
1 Girl aged 3
1 Girl aged 2
Any good ideas and where to get them would be much appreciated. As an aging great uncle you can bet the obvious crowd pleasers will have gone, so I'm looking for some things that are a bit original and better than soap! Better to show some thought than cash I don't have.
If you can try and avoid hijacking the thread I'd appreciate it.
Advanced users might also try to think of presents for Brother and Sister in law where the budget can rise to £50-ish. As usual my mind is a total blank, and I so hate shopping that being able to go in or log-on and say one-of-them, one-of-them, and two-of those, thanks, job done, would be a real bonus.
Ta
I use Amazon LOADS (just spent a load of money with them today redface ) you can choose to have next day delivery or have the slower delivery free of charge. AND they will deliver to other addresses if you want.
Amazon do things for every age range.

Well the two youngest girls I'd suggest a princess outfit or a barbie doll or something
the nephews over 25 aftershave or socks. Or perhaps a gadget. I got my big brother who is around that age a homer mug that sits on this ring to keep whatevers in the mug warm and it was 12 quid (i have got him other things too, lol).

Can I clarify - it sits on 'this' ring and not 'his' ring.....lol

The Gadget Shop for the 7-10 boys and Nephews, and Boots '3 for 2' for the ladies, Early Learning Centre for the girls.
Just go away over the holiday period, come back mid January (when everyone has forgotten about Xmas) - it will work out cheaper lol

Do you live near a Debenhams?
If so, chuck the problem to the Personal Shopper who will sort it all out for you. There is no extra charge and if you don't like what they suggest, you don't have to buy them.
Plug for my employer over.... biggrin
what about a puppy!!!
i'm kidding.. before i get the "puppy not just for xmas" lecture!
No point asking me for advise. i'm always crap at xmas. its times like thing i'm glad i'm single, get none of the pressures of buying for a loved one!

Thanks for all these tips folks, I have followed some already and hope to fix the whole shooting match on line this weekend.

Socks!! shame on you!! What a horrid present, along with ties.
I don't really like gadget shop stuff either - a lot of it is really cheap and nasty.
Gosh, aren't I spoiled ?? (but then i buy lovely presents too smile )
How about something cool from here:
Give em all a tenner in a card!!
Shopping list = lots of xmas cards!

Added it for later perusal, the only thing is it doesn't advise age ranges, and with my knowledge of kids limited to having been one a very long time ago that may be an inhibiter.
