I do wonder why Jeremy ( the balding, curly haired, wrinkly, snaggle toothed wanker) felt it was necessary to point out Browns disability or nationality. I am minded of Baddiel and Skinners Oxford University professor sketches. I realise to many Jeremy is the Acme of wit but to be honest I ceased to find such things amusing about the same time I learned to tie my shoe laces.
That said it can only possibly be offensive if you take the tortuous mental leap that he was implying that to be Scottish or one eyed makes one an idiot. That is a leap too far even for me.
