Yes - its 3 weeks!

Does a bearded clam count as soft?
Stop being mean to the poor lad. he's hungry!
You can eat practically straight away, provided you stick to soft foods. I think it's 24 hours for chewy stuff and alcohol. That's what my dentist told me years ago, but if you've seen the state of my teeth you will know I am no expert wink
bearded clam is fine
try not to bit the pearl at the top
or chew too hard on 'the pigs ears'

why instead of getting a filling dont you just get it pulled then you wont have no more problems.
i know a cheap way of doing it..stand on a chair then wrap a piece of string round a breeze block then tie the other end to the problem tooth then just drop the block'
but always remember to cut the string so it does'nt touch the floor lol

btw if anyone reading this post decides he or she wants to give this a go DONT.. how stupid of me redface ...the breezeblock will be too heavy for the string ....try something stronger

mmmmm ....
sounds like a tempting idea as Iknow Im gonna get rouble with this tooth for the rest of my life (Ive had is filled before and then the first totth was pulled coz it was a mess... must be something wrong with it - all the others are fine)...
but after recently studying dental ddisease for my course, Im terrified to go near it.... the pictures Ive scene could give you nightmares for weeks!
So I have resigned myself to keeping it clean and eating on the other side for a few weeks.... ho hum...
but if anyone could recommend some affective pain killers as paracetamol doesnt seem to do the trick..? ;)
Sorry for the minor high jack!
