All we can put it down to is the fact we are on the bed. The "popping out" problem could be caused by "too full" if the woman is rather small in either or both parts. Smaller penises may be better. Another thing to try is for the man to lie on his back and her to take him vaginally but facing towards the feet. This is getting to be more a techniques section than what I wanted to know but here goes.
