It has been brought to my attention that certain people on this site have been over using the emoticons. :shock: :shock: :shock:
This site has a quota of emoticons per year. confused :? Obviously if a minority of members are using more than their share this leaves less for the remaining quota-abiding members, which is extremely unfair. mad :x :x :x :x :x :x At the rate we are using them, our Emoticon Budget will expire on the third of December. evil :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: This means that we will have to go through almost all of December, and the whole of the Christmas period emoticom-less. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
To address this problem I am forming an Emoticon Committee :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: to look at ways we can manage this shortfall in the emoticon stock. This will be known as the Swinging Heaven Interim Team (Emoticons). :P :P :P :P or the SHIT(E) for short.:eeek: :eeek: :eeek: :eeek: :eeek:
The SHIT(E) mandate will be to look at the overall use of emoticons, in order that we can avoid the same problems next year. :notes: :notes: :notes: :notes:
Some people use small emoticons like this while some people prefer big ones like this We may have to look at rationing the use of emoticons and introducing a maximum size, as well as a maximum number per post. :upset: :upset: :upset: :upset:

I think I am a suitable candidate for SHIT(E) as I am just here too much, so I can keep an eye on the overall use of emoticons.
Also, I would like to point out my use of absolutely no emoticons in this post.

Well I haev to say being the lazy bitch that I am I always go for the lazy way as much as possible! So usually only use the ones I see only occasionally will I put that extra bit of effort to add anything different and then even at that well................. hehe
save all my energy for getting out of bed in the morning and for shagging rest of time my legs are on auto pilot with my brain kicking in every other hour for about 5-10 minutes!! not too bad confused

I will print off 50 A4 pages of them right away, we can cut them out, then stick them on the screen making them reusable...

1. Stiff Upper Lip
2. Slight Raise of Right Eyebrow
3. Minimal Sneer
4. Standard Regulation Smile
These are grade 1 military issue emoticons usually only issued in times of national emergency.
