We tried once but I found it too painful and I also think I was tensing too much (probably too much information there) but I do have to admit that if I see this in a film, it has a certain affect (or is it effect) on me! Ok tips and things to remember.
The vigina cannal is very stretchable but the opening is not and it is very easy to tear the perineum and this could cause alsort of problems.
Women need to be relaxed, plenty of lube and patients lots of it
Men word of warning there is a possiblity of a fractured wrist as the contraction can be very intense.
