I would like to know if you support the use of substitutes such as Vegemite in this fight against the addition to marmite? As you know Vegemite is a far safer option, but even this comes with side effects.

As I said I don't want to go to Marmite rehab.
So I reckon I can beat it by following the 'Dream Bass' programme because as you all know there is one scenario where Marmite is, literally, 'the kiss of death' :
