all the way through...
though I am doing a twelve hour shift on saturday, it's an outing for the residents, so all for the best, but it's followed by an early start on Sunday after finishing late on saturday.. thats the toughie.
today however, I shall be trying really hard not to shout at staff who have royally screwed up on following through on explicit instructions left for them on tuesday evening regarding our shift covers.
So I shall be the consumate professional and mutter under my breath... stomp around a bit... smoke furiously and determindly in the garden and snap mercilessly should anyone interupt my thinking processes (read: smoking)
I shall imagine a god and prey for sunshine to it for tomorrow.

Tonight we are having a bbq what ever the weather for our friends that are immigrating to Australia on Wednesday, will take a few hours to recover on saturday morning, pack daughter's suitcase ready to go back to school on Sunday afternoon.
Saturday evening we are off to a vanilla party up the street with some workmates of Dave's.
Time to recover again Sunday am then about 2ish will leave here for Glos to take Daughter back to school and also go to my sister's to visit my new neice as well as my other neice and nephew.
So a fairly hectic weekend but no naughtiness

I've now officially finished work for 2 months at least but got so much to do before next Tuesday though I'm going to spend the day with my vanilla today and my last pub shift this evening.
Tomorow I have to try to sort out an oil change on the car then set off for Twickers around midday. Eldest son arrives home while we're in London but I'll see him when I get back.
Sunday will be spent getting the irioning out of the way ( while I can! ) and a family get together in the evening with the vanilla meeting the family for the first time :shock: ....I can hear the strains of The Munsters theme from here :shock:

My son and I are heading to Blackpool in a couple of hours. The Top Gear team are turning the lights on and as my son is a huge fan and he has been a good lad, I promised to take him. I can't stand BlackpoolWill spend the day doing the pleasure beach, then endure Boyzone and Scouting for Girls and other non-entities followed by the the Switch on thing. Things we do for love eh?

Well we both have just had a week off from work, you know that horrid thing most people do for 30 + hours a week. We spent hours on the garden and various other things, so feel we have earned the right to a nice relaxful weekend of doing nothing. :lol:
We're celebrating birthdays, Chris' and my sister's... I expect it will involve lots of champagne and cake and silliness! And then we're coming home in time for an early night on Sunday, as I'm starting my new job on Monday :bounce:

My children weren't suppose to be staying with their Dad tonight but it's ended up that way. Hence me being childless for the night and no plans!!

Friday - worked then colleagues leaving do at which I could only drink 3/4 pint as 1- I was in car due to being too poorly with throat infection to cycle to station and 2 - being on antibiotics.
The 3/4 is because the Pride was so horrible I couldnt drink it.
After a meal at a place which was good but expensive (I dont normally spend £20 on a meal) I went home.
Saturday I got up at back to bed at 11am as shattered. Apart from getting up for a pee around 2pm I slept till 5pm. Up to shop and have lunch then back to bed at 8pm
Up at 10pm back to bed about 1 or 2am slept till 10
Still energyless so just been replying to posts and chatting on here while trying to recover enough to go see this granny lives 7mins walk away and for an outdoor screeening of Mamma Mia tonight.
