Ask for it on the cafe then those who feel comfortable will give it.... That said, remember that we have been bombarded by the press of late and so you might want to make yourself more well known before asking straight out. Keep chatting and soon peeps will get to know you. Go to a munch if poss, i've always found these a great source of help, and other things wink

i understand what everyones saying...and yes its hard trying to seprate the wheat from the shaff........ but as i've already posted...-if you've got a wife and kids its hard to be here all the time...
