..sad to hear that Jay. You don't say much in your post about the history with your girlfriend or your domestic situation. I guess if your young, and live independently of each other and don't have kids it's probably easier to call it a draw and go your separate ways. If you're a bit more established then some diplomacy is required..you're probably feeling bloody angry, but now is the time to take a deep breath and try to have some sensible dialogue with her..why she did it? how she sees her future etc? Just keep reinforcing to her what a nice guy you are (by your actions, as well as your words) and hopefully she will come round. Something else you don't say is whether you're jointly involved in the swinging lifestyle or has she become suspicious of you playing alone??

It's a kind of frankenstien situation 've obviously talked about this with her and so have to accept there are repercussions involved.
As has been said have the threesome,you have rationalised this 've now got to have some belief in are going to have to be honest with each other,maybe painfully so, and discuss with each other how things are going to advance.
If you're a big enough guy about it you might find that she likes you all the better for it and it makes for a stronger you don't survive together you'll learn more about yourself and what you really want.
