Because some people pay for the account? Some of us have free accounts because we were already members when the new owners took over. Lots have stopped posting though.

please send personal information via PM, and if a User exiryed and then was used again, how would the sender know the personal information they are sending will be sent to the person they think it is.
also. if i sign upto something, and my desered username as been used. it allows me to use my imagination to think of another one.

if you've paid for a account its yours so you can use it when you like, you don't have your car taken off you if its at on your drive for 6 months do you?
