Sarah that's frightening! :shock: I cannot believe it's been a year since I did a thread asking for pancake recipes! flippin nora!
I like mine buttered with a little sugar sprinkled over ... how fattening is that! cool

This year I think I may do a sin free one and load it with berries yummy! :lickface:

Little Chef used to do a Jubilee Pancake - hot black-cherry pie filling and vanilla ice-cream!
That'll do me...but you don't see may Little Chefs around these days - least not anywhere near me!

Layered alternately lemon/sugar and marmalade. Stacked high then sliced like a cake with custard.
Discovered while at Uni.
One year I made loads but was so fed up with cooking them that I didn't have any. Never again.

How do i eat my pancakes..
make the panckes ....
pile with sugar and lemon juice....
then put in mouth when cool enuff chew and then swallow
