just opening a lid would make me heave, it is well and truelly banned from my house.

I'm afraid to seek out a jar, I would have to invade the space occupied by our food fairy. I understand from myth and legend, tis a noble area called the kitchen.
Not an area i'm familiar with, and from memory it lives somewhere near the stairs. dunno
Something tells me, that my quest would be in vain, and said food fairy hath banished this vile paste to another's castle.

what's this yeast extract stuff.......remember to much yeast gives ya thrush
