My Saturday Night was real Vanilla.
I am a member of a local Time Trail Cycle Club and it was our annual prize presentation night. I must say it was very good fun and no lyrca to be seen. I was out of the running as I had been working away and I know I would have had one or two of the cups cause I post better times than someone that won...Grrr Doesnt work get in the way of life!
The after dinner speach was made by a local BBC radio presenter, he was extremely funny. Then there was lots to drink..

I had a fantastic Saturday night!! Me and Bassman (my partner) won a Limo ride for 8 people - so we had this on Sat night. It was brill - and champagne was soooooooo good too There was 8 of us from the site, riding around in Bournemouth on Saturday night for an hour. As Funin said in the thread about it on here "it was a scream"

Oh sat night was fantastic!! We should have been going out and then h/b decided to be ill and I ended up bored to tears whilst he slept and slept and slept !!!!!!!
Dont get me wrong Im not totally unsypathentic, just wish he would choose better times to be ill as we missed a great 70's night.
Most exciting event was runing son and his friend to town so they could go out!!

as tempting a thought as it is, I think parties like that one come round but once a year, setting the precedent for all others to follow...... and giving me 12 months to recover from the experience!!
